Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of the supply chain function of packers and movers 

• Define and execute the overall process from onboarding partners , finalising pricing with each vendors , Negotiation , Vendor feedback , accounting etc 

• Work closely with the field, data platform, Sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the Vendor curation is done smoothly as per the defined timelines 

• Assess the specific challenges of ground execution , and determine the most suitable approach to solve them on real time basis 

• Bring market and consumer insights and work with the product managers for product improvement/new opportunities identification 

• Understand and recommend if there are any third-party engagement requirements to help streamline the vendor Onboarding process 

• Define the execute feedback mechanism with vendors 

• Proactively identify and address the execution challenges/bottlenecks to reduce the execution risks 

• Proactively communicate to keep all the stakeholders aligned and informed about the progress of the various initiatives 

• Create and cultivate a pipeline of vendors as necessary and be the SPOC interface with them 

• Analyze and present the data to help in understanding the true picture of the initiatives and aid data-driven decisions 

• Travel (~ 25%) Key skills required for the role: 

• Prior experience of vendor management in logistics / other startups 

• Highly execution-focused, resourceful, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual 

• Comfortable with uncertainty and ability to give method to the madness through a highly structured problem-solving approach 

• Hand-on knowledge of advanced data analysis through Excel.
